The Prodent Dental Laboratory is equipped with materials of highest quality and with technology from well known manufacturers. We use the latest and certified inventions.

We develop withCAD/ CAM, a computer based bur system for building ceramical underfillings by using zirconia. The usage of zirconia is one of the furthest advanced technology in dentistry today. Zirconia is completely biocompatible, excluding allergy activations. Furthermore, zirconia allows the integration with human tissue, the implantation in surrounding tissue is possible without any difficulties. Zirconia is very break-proof to all contact materials, due to this advantage it can be used with all underfilling constructions of ceramical bridges. Actually, no other break-proof materials than ceramic is allowed to use for the construction of bridges. The extraordinary consistency of zirconia secures a homogeneous assembly as well as the alloy, through which the white powdery material is transformed into a hard and clear structure. The alloy process works at a temperature of 1600 to 1700 degrees centigrade. After 6-8 hours, the ceramic pieces are fused, only their size changes marginally.

We use ceramic-injection technology. The process behind this technology is called monophase glass ceramic, consisting of silica, borax and phosphor. The most important advantages are consistency, the aesthetics of implants and the absence of metal underfillings. The spectrum of products built with ceramic injection comprises fillings (single tooth crowns, bridges up to 3 points, inlays and onlays, veneers) as well as combinated techniques (ceramic injection based on zirconia constructions and also based on metal constructions). It is also possible to construct single tooth crowns for front and side alignments, on both upper and lower jaw. Veneers built with this technology should be highly regarded, as they are remarkable for complete adjustment and density. It is also remarkable, that the injection technology allows the the building of implants with density materials very similar to tooth crowns, produced with CAD/CAM. Inlays and onlays built with injection technology are exceptionally stable and dense. The socalled cameleon effect brings a brilliant tonality to the manufactured constructions. A transparent material gets similar to all construction elements through taking over the surrounding tonality. Ceramic injection uses hard and indelible materials of similar structure. The material is chemically stable, and its exemplary transparency is characteristically. Materials used with injection technology are remarkably pressure-resistant but less break-proof, therefore they are not used for the construction of tooth bridges.

We use biocompatible construction elements - ceramic and titanium.

We use thermoplastics. These synthetic materials are durable and break-pfoof, and they guarantee complete comfort, as they do not cause allergies and constructions made of these are from excellent aesthetic and transparence. They have a consistent tonality, characterized by a lack of cords. According to constructions which do not contain any metal, the patient is free from negative physio-chemical influences. Some thermoplastics are: acrylic polymeters. Acrylic polymeters find their usage at the building of full dentures, tooth crowns, tooth bridges and at construction. Acrylic polymeters are humidity-resistant and have a high density, which blocks the development of bacterial flora effectivly (the inner structure of the material is very dense). Acrylic polymeters have an adaptive surface, wherefrom the side density reaches an exceptionally high level.

Acetate is usually used for the building up the construction of combinated model casting implants. Their flexibility allows the designing of various types of bracket elements, and on the other hand, they are tightened enough to keep constructions fixed.

Acron - material different from others - ideal material
Acron is a completely new, universal material designed for denture plates. It has been invented as the result of the co-operation of the company of ROKO with scientists preoccupied with polymer chemistry. The effect of 5 years of scientific research and 2 years of laboratory testing is constituted by the material which combines the advantages of acryl such as stiffness, aesthetics with the resistance and durability of polyamides. The hybrid structure of ACRON allows for the combination of various contrasting points of view: stiffness and flexibility into a single unity. ACRON is a stiff material and meets the requirements of bio-functionality, at the same time the high module of durability makes it impossible to crack the denture.

Artex - Girrbach - articulation system. This system allows the transfer of jaw and cranium tasks and from jaw and joint tasks from the patient to the articulation system.
